Directions

As a soak:
Pour salts into warm, running water. Add 3-4 drops of essential oil. For general well-being, add 1 cup. For tired and sore muscles, add 2-4 cups. Soak for 20 minutes, allowing the minerals to absorb through the skin. Enjoy.

As an exfoliator:
Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favorite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well.
